The interview process was straightforward. After submitting my application online. I received an email to do a pre-recorded interview. I could see the question and had two attempts to record my answer. After that, I moved on and had an interview with a recruiter. She asked me behavior-style questions and questions specific to Burns & McDonnell's values, my resume, and coursework.

It's video record interview. and they ask 6 questions. tell me about yourself, why did choose your major, and what kind of work do you see yourself doing with us? , what your long term location preference and why are you interested in this location ?, tell me about previous work exeprience how does this exeprience realate to buns and mcdonnell?, can you share an example of how you used innovation, creativity or technology ( AI) make your work effienecy?
