Sat down with head of structures and another director. Was relaxed atmosphere. Asked about my background, experience, what I look for in an employer, etc. Not really any technical questions. They seemed more concern about my personality, attitude, and ambitions. I did provide a portfolio of projects I've worked on which seemed to have come across well.

A Microsoft Teams video call where Buro Happold went through the work they've been doing with a power point presentation. Then a more specific conversation from each of the two structural engineers on the call about their work. Followed on by a presentation by myself of my work history, myself and previous projects. Relevant technical and non technical questions on my past work projects and experience. Finally informal chat in both directions.
