I had a call with a recruiter and I thought it went so well and at the end of the call she said she would send a link for a test. The test was the PI assessment which sucked because no matter what I can never score well on it. I followed up after and never heard back from her. I assumed I was ghosted and got a rejection letter 7 months later from a generic rejection email.
