It was completely online, I supposed it had five steps though they never really made that clear. The code challenge is oddly one of the first steps and I really couldn't understand why. Candidates could be filtered out better before actually sending them the challenge. Also, the step after the code challenge barely mentions the code you actually developed, one or two questions and that's it. It really makes you wonder if was necessary writing all that code in the first place.
