initial contact from HR reaching out, followed up by virtual call with director, then an on site tour and panel interview. People are very friendly and excited by the industry.
The interview was straight forward. There were not too many technical questions. I had spoken with 4 different people and received a tour of the facility. Three different rounds of interviews.
