Really unorganized interview process. Owners gave conflicting statements. They only care if you can pass their series of tests. One of the tests has no correlation to the job description. They also will go over your answers with you and grill you on what you did wrong. Weird process for an entry level job.
Introduced the position first, walked through the resume, asked my understanding on digital marketing and e-commerce platforms, asked some behavior questions, did two technical exercise: one is about calculation and the other is related to Excel and collecting information from Amazon

Applied on Indeed, passed the assessment.
Was passed over until I sent a follow up email showing my renewed interest.
Called in for an interview, first with the GM who explained what the company was about and sort of what the job would be.
Then met the two owners for a short math test and they asked a few questions about my resume and why I wanted to work there.
Finished with a short 10 minute question session.
Was given an offer quickly within the next few days.
