Applied for the Senior BA position a while back.
The interview took place in 2 phases.
First round with HR, around 30 min discussion. Very nice, very polite, very inviting.
Second round - tech related interview with the CTO.
It was challenging for me, but still they had a very respectful attitude. Helping me answer those questions that were more difficult for me.
They called me a couple days later with their response. Even though my application was rejected, this was still a pleasant experience, one that I learned from.

Q: How I would split the feature for a volume of work for integrating a payment system into a current working environment.
The interview process was unprofessional and disappointing. The interviewers came across as condescending, acting as if they were part of an elite organization, but their behavior was actually quite rude and impolite throughout the process.

Easy, a lot of questions, strong qualifications needed, understanding of the industry and past experience in the field is a must. Emphasise on your strong personal skills and parts and where you should work.
