I was given an initial call from the CEO, and afterwards, I was given a Zoom interview with her as well. Both went well and I moved forward to the final in-person interview with her, and two other interviewers. The interview went well, they gave me some hypothetical situations and we role-played with a difficult customer. At the end of the interview, I was told I'd be contacted to be let know if I'd been selected for the job. After the deadline they gave me had passed I wrote an email asking for an update and they responded and asked for my references. That is the last time I heard from them, they did not contact my references, nor did they respond to my subsequent emails about my candidacy. I'm sad I didn't get the job, I wish them the best moving forward.
