Initial contact was through Phone for an in person interview. I had to complete 3 in person interviews before I was pulled in for my offer with the VP of the company. This resulted in a discussion that last one hour with the VP and finally and offer written up to me.

The process can take only a couple weeks or it can take up to 6 months to be hired on at this place. I would not apply here if I was out of work and would only try if I currently had a job. They don't seem to have any structure around this process.
