Applied on company website, initial screen with the recruiter was somewhat OK, however the recruiter did NOT listen and I had the impression that was not prepared for the call(was asking about things that were clearly stated in my CV). 2nd stage was a 90 mins assignment and that’s were I completely lost my respect for the recruiter and the company. Firstly, the assignment was sent to me during a different time than agreed, secondly I did NOT have the rights to edit the google sheet which I was suppose to use, asked for permission to do so, but was ghosted. Wanted to show initiative and copied the assignment to an Excel spreadsheet, spent 90 mins answering question, doing calculation, etc. just to be absolutely GHOSTED by the recruiter!!! Not only I have never heard back on the issues with accessing the file, but spent my valuable time and didn’t receive a word of feedback or a simple ‘Thank you’. This makes sheds a very bad light on the company for me, seems to be extremely disorganised and disrespectful towards candidates.
