Very smooth process. Met with HR, then was introduced to the unit manager. At that point I was given a tour of the hospital and experience each unit. I was shown the roles of a mental health worker. I was also introduced to some long standing staff. They showed me the tools I would be using during possible restraints, or patient care.

Asked about myself and future aspirations, why I wanted the position. They asked me about some of my strengths and weaknesses and what I personally could bring to the position.
