it was very laid back, or at least I was, I gave Sarah my application, and then several day later I met with amy, she asked me some questions like why did I chose Uptown, and what makes me think I would do well there, and then she sent me to do the questionnaire, she said if she wasnt there when I was finished then to take it to the guest service office, but she was there, then 3 days later I met with Cameron, the store manager, he had a very professional/casual/demanding respect kind of way about him.............anyway, he went over the some of the questions with me, I answered some wrong but he gave me a chance,
