Nearly 20 minute phone call with internal recruitment, nearly 1 hour interview with hiring manager and 15 minutes on an assessment following interview. The result = ghosted, despite following up on feedback. To take a candidate interviewing a senior finance management role through application and 3 stages, to receiving nothing more than apathy is beyond disrespectful and shameful.
