The initial screening phone call was very useful, good explanation around process and timelines. Second stage face to face interview went into more detail around the role, culture and deeper dive into my background and experiences. Feedback at each stage was excellent, timely and specific. Final interview was a panel presentation followed by Q&A. Challenging subject but enjoyed the experience and clarified my understanding of the organisation and the culture. Feedback post the panel presentation was very quick, specific and personable.
