You meet with the director of By the Hand, and then you meet the director of the branch you will be a part of. After that, you perform one teaching session while the director watches, and that can be kind of nerve-racking.

A phone interview, with the HR manager. I then had an interview with site directors where I had to lead an activity with a group of kids. I then had an in person interview with the director of programs.
