Entrevista
I was asked to complete a code challenge at home. After the green light on that one I was invited for an one to one interview. This lasted for 1.5h and with a short introduction to the company business and tech stack. After a round of questions from myself my interviewer has asked me a series of general programming and Java questions. We've also discussed my previous work experience.
I was invited for the next step briefly after my one to one interview. This one was pair programming excersise and lasted around 3 hours. Some of that time was spent on discussing my initial programming challenge. My interviewer had very strong programming knowledge and made a lot of useful suggestions based on my coding challenge code.
I received an offer the following day.
