There were three rounds of interviews, the first one with the app manager in Brazil and the other two with managers in China. The interviews in English are very technical and have medium-complexity questions (which become high complexity due to the language barrier). To be honest, the process was not complex, but a little bit desorganized. From the candidate's perspective, automatic feedbacks after three interviews, two of them in the early morning, is a little frustrating and lacking in empathy.

Primeiro veio um contato por e-mail e ligação do RH. Depois diz direto uma primeira entrevista em português e 2 em Inglês com gestores internacionais. O processo foi muito rápido.
