Took over 4 weeks to get through the interviews and would have taken longer if I was asked to the next stage. I was interviewed by recruitment HR twice. Then was interviewed by multiple managers without even knowing what their job role was and what to expect from them. I was questioned a lot about my previous role and the company's strategy (I worked for a competing social media tech company) and it just felt like a lot of mining and spying on the competition. At times, I wasn't sure if they were sincerely interested in me or just wanted to pry me for information. The number of interviews was meant to be six but I only made it to four before receiving a generic rejection email. I asked for feedback but of course, they won't reply. I waited 8 days before they replied to my email asking about the application process and then got the rejection. But I partly feel like I dodged a bullet. I know many people that left Tiktok after a few months.

Creator partnerships associate, Very rude and unprofessional, one of the interviewers failed to show up. They ghosted after the 2nd interview. Please avoid such a toxic company, there are better opportunities else where.
