5 Interviews spanning 5 months just to be told that i am overqualified... Seriously time waster... It should have been filtered at resume stage if I'm overqualified. Why waste every one's time including the interviewers time for something that could easily been filtered without a single interview. Speak volumes on their SOP and processes.

Went through 7 rounds with two panels, in English and Chinese. Each individual asked different questions and were looking for different indicators on whether I would be a good fit. The panels were meant to test my Chinese, and on whether I could fluently hold conversations with stakeholders.
