Also it is very confusing to be routed for 4 rounds of interview and each session, candidate have to REPEAT entire introduction of work experience to the interviewer. Some of the conducting Interviewer did not even introduce themselves clearly of their co relationship in the structure of the team. This must be the most disorganised and unprofessional experience ever been received. The most ultimate part is, after all the interviews are conducted, there is no rejection email, or followup email.
