Through thoughtful and direct questions on career path and leadership mentoring, I uncovered an overall sentiment from all three interviewees that while they were excited to be in such a fast-growing company, career planning/pathing was a huge challenge and cause for high turnover. Ultimately, I did not receive an offer.
