Initial phone interview - spent about 10 minutes with HR person doing basic screening questions on my background. Interview was scheduled with Sales Director. Was put on hold for almost 10 minutes before he finally picked up. After asking me some questions, and inquired if I had any, he abruptly said he was busy and had to go. Very rude and disrespectful of my time.
