Had a phone interview which went well, was then summoned for an in-person interview within two weeks. Arrived, and the receptionist had no record of an appointment for me (how difficult is it to fake it?). Waited 20 minutes to be interviewed by three people, painfully obvious who weren't prepared for me. Left the interview feeling I did my best in an uncomfortable situation (for everybody), yet not optimistic. Rejection e-mail came within two weeks. Hiring manager sent me a connection request on LinkedIn two weeks later. Just odd.
