I only made it through the second round (I think??), but it was a strange experience. My interviewer arrived late but apologized (that's fine) and told me we would only be able to talk for 20 minutes. She informed me, however, that we could schedule more time for another day. I was told I would receive an assessment, which I did and I completed it. Yet, then I received an email thanking me for the video interview but not mentioning the assessment and saying out was out of the running. Why was I asked to complete the assessment if I was not being considered after the initial interview? I'm also confused because the assessment was very easy, and I am 99% sure I passed it. I barely moved through the process at all, so I'm not disappointed - just a bit lost. Wish my time hadn't been wasted on a test (however short) if I was no longer under consideration.
