It was fairly straightforward. First with recruiter, local sales manager and then leadership. They asked questions to assess knowledge and sales style. It was a positive experience overall and not excessively difficult. There were different angles on similar questions asked by the leadership team which could be intimidating for some, but I had no problem with it.
