It was a group interview with multiple candidates and multiple interviewers. There were group challenge activities were observers could see how you interacted with others and if you worked well with a team. There was also a round robin interview portion.

Extremely NOT recommended. I went through two different processes with them, and they never gave me feedback on either (spanish teams). They wasted my time by asking me to attend different rounds and then not providing any response. Extremely unprofessional. Don't waste your time.
