I applied online and heard back a week after. I had a brief phone call with the recruiter and then was asked to go into the office for in-person interviews. Drove 2 hours to Boston and had 4 half hour interviews with multiple people. They were all very nice and it went great. Then I was emailed to complete a written assignment. After submitting my assignment, I never heard back. I emailed the recruiter multiple times and he never responded or followed up. I would think I could at least get a generic email saying I didn't get the job but I guess even that was too much to ask.
