Applied only, asked for interview a couple weeks later. Came in and went to a conference room and spoke with the lead stress engineer. He explained the position and talked about the company. Asked questions about my resume, experience, senior design project.
No technical questions or skills tests.

Applied online, get contacted , set phone interview , on site. Each process takes about one week. HR arranged a nice hotel for the night before the interview. The interview is pretty friendly. Engineering manager and two stress lead run through my resume and past projects and explained to me what is the duty of the position.Had a long chat.
