Two tests one for marketing analytics and one for excel proficiency for which you are expected to pass at least one with high proficiency. Three interviews one with HR, then with CEO then with team manager.

Comfortable with excel? Expectations on problem solving on their own. Experience at my previous position and what tasks I performed and how long it took me. Experience with other softwares. Adobe suite. If I am nimble with mouse and windows toggle management. What type of team and people I want to work in.
