Entrevista
I submitted an application online. I received a call and set up a time to take a practice SAT test. There was an opening for an online training, so I was called immediately about it. I came in to fill in the paper work. After that and the training, I discussed salary.
The center director there treated education as a business. She describes the tutoring service as money spent that cannot be refunded. Other center directors I worked with do not take such an approach.
The whole process honestly just depends at which center you work at.

Entrevista
The interview process began with an in-office SAT assessment, where candidates were required to score in the 95th percentile or higher to advance. Since I was interested in teaching Math only, I opted to take just the Math section at my location. After achieving a qualifying score, I moved on to the second round. This round was relatively straightforward and focused on my teaching experience, motivation for teaching, and how I would explain specific problems to students.
It was simple. You take an exam, and based on your results, they determine if you're a good fit. Then, you negotiate a salary. They are quite friendly and straightforward with the process.

They make you take an AP mock exam or an SAT mock exam to see your skills based on the subject.
It was great. It was so comforting as if you are talking to your teachers. So overall it was a great experience. I gave me confidence that I can ace in my job .
