You take a mock SAT at the local franchise and have to score at least 700/800 on a section to be eligible to teach that part of the SAT/ACT. You interview with the center director at the local franchise after the front office person grades your mock SAT.

Initial Screening on the phone, taking the SAT and receiving a satisfactory score (Usually top 1 percentile), and final interview with the center director regarding past teaching and work experience.

Entrevista
First, they have an online assessment for a particular field in which you are interested in teaching. If you are to pass that, you would move onto the second part, an in-person behavioral interview.
