Entrevista
The Center Director was very responsive and the whole process moved fairly quickly. I think the entire process happened within 2 weeks. First I had a brief phone interview, then I had an in-person interview. Finally I had a second in-person interview with the District Manager.

Entrevista
The interview process includes a pre-interview screening via email, 1st in person interview with site manager, 2nd zoom interview with area director.if you make it through all 3 rounds of interviews, an offer will be made and a back ground check must be completed.
I had a phone screener with a recruiter, interview with site director, and an interview with regional manager. The screener was approximately 15 minutes long. The 2 interviews were on-site and one-on-one.

One of the questions they asked me was how I build relationships with students and how I do I support them academically,
Very brief, mostly asked about availability and familiarity with Excel. Asked whether I had experience working with kids, if I was comfortable making cold calls. However I had to go through three rounds of interview and the position was part time.
