The interview for C2 was very basic and required a college degree (preferably from a highly ranked school) and a score in the 97th percentile on the SAT. Fear not: after years, it all comes back quickly, although it is good to review the test beforehand to familiarize yourself.
I applied through craigslist to C2 in August. A few days later, I got a call asking me to come to Maryland (from out of state) to take the SAT and interview. I was hesitant at first, but it was more of a formality. If you are able to score within the parameters, discuss your answers on the test, and present great test scores from college or the GRE, you are golden. Students from prestigious schools were clearly preferred, although coming from a small school is fine if you can spin it.

Initial Screening on the phone, taking the SAT and receiving a satisfactory score (Usually top 1 percentile), and final interview with the center director regarding past teaching and work experience.

Entrevista
First, they have an online assessment for a particular field in which you are interested in teaching. If you are to pass that, you would move onto the second part, an in-person behavioral interview.
