I emailed my resume and cover letter to the company. A few days later they responded to set up a day to come to headquarters to take an old SAT test. When I buzzed to enter the office, they seemed to be having difficulties. Maybe the usual reception desk person was absent. The office was staffed by fairly young, business casual dressed and mostly Asian staff. A calculator and pencils were provided, and I was left to independently take the test at a desk in a row of desks with dividers. Later another person came and also started testing. I was given 3 hours to take the test, but I decided how long to spend with each section. They grade the test and within a couple of days to over a week call back to schedule an interview. You can pass just math or just English or both. I arrived to the same office for the interview with Jim, a co-founder. Arrive early to fill out paperwork and bring your reference contact information. The interview was very relaxed and personal. He was dressed in a collared shirt and tie, no suit. It was more a conversation that touched on some education points than an interview. We talked about things that seemed unrelated. They're probably trying to assess rapport and personality. Be enthusiastic and open. If you can get the required SAT scores, you can probably pass the interview.
