I called the company headquarters the day after applying. The initiative paid off and I was given a schedule for a phone interview that very day. Initial interview with recruiting manager at headquarters over the phone. The questioning followed a checklist but was very detailed and encouraged the interviewee to be descriptive of his/her sales and customer service experience. Follow-up was pretty quick: two days later I received notification of a follow-up face to face interview, in which I met one of the regional directors and chatted for about an hour about similar things as with the first interview, but a bit more in-depth. Was given an offer within two weeks of applying.

Positive Overall experience, learned a lot and did some research before hand as well. Would recommend the same for anyone interviewing for this position. This job has mixed reviews but I think any job is what you make it.

The interview process was a 3-step process that was clearly articulated. First was a phone interview, followed by an in-person interview with the District and Area Managers, then a final interview with the Regional Vice President.

I got to the very last round of the interview and the HR said she would get back to me whether or not I'm their final selection. However, I've never heard back from them ever since. I can take rejection letters no problem but "no updates" after all the promises is just not professional.
