      Candidatei-me online. Fiz uma entrevista na empresa C3 AI.

      Very disorganized and somewhat unprofessional. I never written a review on an interview process but I was so excited about this company and then so turned off that a company with with this much talent could have such horrible processes. First, the recruiter had zero interaction with me, guidance, etc., no recruiter screen. First interview was with a direct report (lovey person). Next round (3 people). First person was 11 mins late into a 30 min interview, second person told me the previous manager was fired and the CEO's son mettled in the role, and the third person didn't have much to say. The recruitment process and team needs a lot of work and interviewers clearly need to some coaching prepping on appropriateness, professionalism, and asking good questions. In the end, the company lost a good candidate.

      Last year, C3.ai received over 52,000 applications for our career opportunities. Approximately 8,000 candidates were engaged in rigorous skill evaluation and interview cycles. We would like to transparently share the following ratings from our candidate survey: 98% of candidates agree their interviewing experience was a positive one; 92% of candidates agree the requirements for the position was explained clearly to them; 97% of candidates agree the interviewers were well prepared and conducted the interviews skillfully; and 98% of candidates agree they were treated with courtesy and respect. We understand that some candidates find our interview assessment process challenging given we have an extraordinarily high bar for talent. However, we are pleased that the vast majority of candidates in our high-volume talent acquisition operations have a pleasant experience. We will continue to do our very best to what is possible in maintaining a great candidate experience.
