This was one of the most thorough interview processes I've been through. At every step of the way, the talent team worked hard to get me scheduled in for interviews, sometimes even Emailing me past 7/8pm asking if I could squeeze in an interview the next day. Every individual I spoke with showed a lot of enthusiasm about their role and spoke candidly about the challenges they face at C3. Throughout the process, the interview panel consistently asked if this was a role I was interested in, showing me they truly want you to be excited to join the team.

Entrevista
The first interview was with the hiring manager, which was fairly straightforward. After that, I began a sequence of 4-5 interviews with other members of the team, but I got dropped after the first one.
The interviewers were nice enough, but the recruiting team was disorganized and completely unresponsive over email.

Entrevista
One of the worst interview processes I've endured. I was approached by an internal recruiter and asked to provide times for interviews. I was never told about the job or interview process outside of sending a job description. Even after 4 interviews I still didn't know what the salary range was. The first 3 interviews I had no one even showed up to them or apologized for wasting my time, just got an updated meeting invite later on to reschedule. Out of the 4 interviews where people actually showed, 2 were 10 minutes late. Throughout the whole process I didn't feel like I was valued at all despite them contacting me for the role.

Mostly talked about my experience and how it was relevant to the role.
I was invited for the first phone screening with the hiring manager. I was ghosted. Sent an email to the recruiter at the 5 min mark, no reply. Sent another at the 15 min mark and still no response. It’s now more than 24 hours and there isn’t a single call or follow up email from the company. Very disappointing and frankly a waste of time as I had spent at least a week preparing for this.
