There were two interviews. The first was done with the area supervisor, it was around 15-20 minutes. The second interview was with the Assistant Superintendent/Director of Exceptional Education, where you are asked why you want to work in the role. The interview was less than 10 minutes, and I was sent to HR to fill out paperwork following accepting the position at the end of the interview.
