Got a LinkedIn message from a CA recruiter asking if I was interested in an acct exec role and interested in speaking, and if so, let him know some dates and times that work. I replied back and said I would and gave him a list of dates/times. He responded and asked me if 4pm that same day would work. Within 2 minutes (120 seconds) I responded and said yes, and gave him my phone number to call. 4pm came and went and he stiffed. Sent him a reply on LinkedIn asking if he forgot about the call, but still have not heard from him. This is typical CA behavior. CA, don't bother replying to this review; it's indefensible. And please stop sending me surveys asking how the recruitment experience was. You truly don't care, and it shows in your business model.
