Entrevista
took a long time with many people in the chain, both core to the role and outside the BU function. they where very detailed and open style interviews. they spend a lot of time ensuring they are hiring the right fit vs just experience. spoke with members on the team, team members integrated with the bu and matrix members. enjoyed the open style and honest style of descusions

Entrevista
Very concerned with titles and past companies on a connection basis, not all that interested in what I was capable of contributing to the company on a skills basis. The company already had a candidate in mind and was using my time as a comparison rather than an honest shot at the position.
