Entrevista
I was called for an interview by CA technologies on 13 Jan 2015. Position was for Manager - Engineering services.
There were 3 rounds of interview done, first two rounds by project managers and last by Director - Engineering services. All interview rounds were done well and I was informed that response would be given in next 2-3 days.
i was also informed earlier by Company HR that since it is an urgent requirement, position would be looked to fill ASAP. I was also informed that in event I am not selected, I would be informed of same as well. This did sound fine to me.
I did not hear back from HR for next 3 days, so I called up on 3rd day to ask for an update. I was bluntly informed that a decision is not made yet. I asked on when can I call again, she told me first working day of next week.
I followed up again next week, however HR person gave me the same answer again. I informed that even if it is a NO, they can still convey to me, however nothing constructive came out of that phone call.
It has been more than 8 days since interview happened and I am left hanging in middle without a solid YES or NO.
It is all the more disappointing that such companies eagerly want you to come to interview ( some only give short notice of few hours), however never respond back with results.
My only request to such companies is "MAINTAIN TRANSPARENCY IN YOUR INTERVIEW RESULTS WITH INTERVIEWEES" . It will be of great help!

Nothing difficult or Unexpected questions, however the project managers were insisting on repeating same questions again and again ( possibly to see if a different answer can happen)...

Entrevista
Interview process was smooth, but had multiple rounds scattered across many days, which was little frustrating. During interview job profile was discussed in detail and commitment was sought to work for certain duration. Peers followed by Director, Sr. Director & Vice President conducted various rounds of interview assessing required skills for different aspects of the job.
