Entrevista
Typical Phone Screen. They want to make sure you understand the role and have the associated background. The call with the hiring director wasn't too bad. He asked about experience (i.e. territories, product sets, experience working with an inside sales team and collaborate selling). The call with VP more granular than what is typical. I provided some financial goals and then he asked me what I was going to do when I had the money. The HR recruiter was very proactive in the process. However, he tried to talk me out of negotiating a higher salary.

Entrevista
The interview was very professional, most of the questions asked were general questions about past work experience and the reason to choose the current position. There was a very relaxed atmosphere and it felt like the hiring managers were mostly interested to know the candidate as a person, learn more about the personality and character of the candidate, and place less focus on technicalities. No tricky questions, no surprises. The same can be said about the initial interview with the HR partner.

This company has a recruiter. I was contacted within 3 days and was scheduled for a Phone interview. Then was scheduled for an in person interview. Hired within 3 days.

Very long, panel simulation required, do not forget to do a personal follow-up, they like that. Process took approximately 4-6 weeks, and the background check is long also. The panel is represented by the whole company with every possible profiles
