2 round interviews, manager and director will meet, seeking from open resource and recruiter, salary can be negotiated, salary and title is highly correlated with your educational background, specialty in your business and exam passed
- 1 hour interview with HR and Hiring Manager. HR is friendly but Hiring manager is completely unprofessional: 1st not even said hi to me and did not introduce herself at all 2nd give me extremely terrible feedback on my questions, simply said she did not know.
- HR said would follow up after 2 weeks, but nothing, even I followed up an email after 3 weeks.
Not good experience overall.

Typical screening process. 1 phone screen interview and 2 on-site interviews in their corporate office. The interview process was very basic - go over the resume, share work experience and basic behaviour questions. The HR lady that organized the interview process was very friendly.
