What's worse, they circle back weeks or even a month later — with a different panel or project — and ask you to repeat the final round all over again. This happened to me multiple times. Out of curiosity, I reached out to their consultant and asked whether they had finalized even a single candidate after reviewing hundreds of profiles. The answer was a flat "No" — which says a lot about their internal alignment and decision-making maturity.
