HR: domande abbastanza generiche sulla mia persona, nulla di particolare che non ti possano chiedere in qualsiasi altro colloquio.
Manager: anche qui domande abbastanza generiche, niente di troppo tecnico. Ha solo chiesto se fossi sicuro della posizione lavorativa per cui mi stavo canidando.

Very motivation based, few technicals. Would recommend learning about the culture of the bank as it's owned by farmers + has a non-conventional ownership structure. Otherwise, great process, everyone was very friendly.

During the conversation, the recruiter mentioned that the next step would be an online assessment focusing on Pandas and SQL to evaluate my technical proficiency in data manipulation and querying. Additionally, I was informed about an upcoming hackathon, for which I’ll be invited to participate as part of the selection process. Overall, the discussion was engaging and provided me with a clear understanding of the recruitment timeline and expectations.
