The entire process lasted about 3 weeks. I submitted my application and recieved a call about a week later. There was a 15 minute phone interview, then few days later I took an aptitude test. Upon passing, several days later I had an in person interview. Long, difficult application questions, but efficient!

Submit application and then you get a call to review the process and longevity of it. Once you agree to it possibly taking 6 months, you get an interview where they tell you how extensive the process is and how things work. They ask a lot about your background to prequalify you.
