The interview process was very short and vague compared to the typical interviewing process. They asked a lot of nonsense questions like "would you be willing to hang out with us once a week and have fun?" which really did not make much sense for an opening interview. Not once was anything related specifically to the certain job, pay, hours, or actual proponents of the job listed during this time. Loud electronic music was being pumped throughout the office (I assume to connect with the hip new youth) and all employees present were very aggressive on compliments and making sure to come off as likable to the interviewees. Another red flag was the company's website which was also vague and looked almost propaganda like with how much "fun" they had and did not focus that much on the actual company itself. It would be one thing if this company would just straight up say what exactly this job entails (or the job it leads too since you do not get the Junior Project Manager title) like canvasing neighborhoods asking for donations for multiple hours on end. However, this company is very deceptive in what it is actually doing to where I felt like I was either being scammed or joining a cult.

Be aware: you will not be interviewing for the position you applied for. Apparently all hires must start at entry level (a door-to-door, commission-only sales position) regardless of experience or the position you actually applied for. They call this "organic growth" (i.e. promotion only from within). Unfortunately, this doesn't stop the company from posting higher level job ads, and they don't tell you about this before you waste your time on an interview.
The interview: They ask the general questions and try to be generally likable and start a conversation with you. They try to get you to like them: it's the first step of them trying to sell you on the company. However, when I asked about what the Junior Project Manager position entailed, the interviewer (eventually) told me that I would have to work my way up from entry level since the company's cornerstone philosophy is "organic growth." (It required a lot of pointed questions to get this information - I think they generally try to hold this back until you've invested more time in them.) Any time I tried to ask why I wasn't being interviewed for the Junior Project Manager position that I applied for, he talked over me or redirected the conversation.
He then proceeded to tell me that I was overqualified for the position and asked me why I thought I'd fit in there. For those who don't know, this is a classic way to get someone to grovel for something they are (1) too good for and (2) don't actually want. I let the interviewer know that I wasn't interested and asked him not to contact me again.
To the charity advertising and marketing partners management: Please stop posting job ads that are non-entry level if you refuse to actually interview for them. Please stop wasting the job seeker's valuable time.

3 round process. The first Interview is what anyone would think of at the "standard interview'. Then they tell you for the second interview you will go out with someone and meet the donors and get a feel for the job. The big flip if they want you to be a door to door salesman for the charity for 6-9 months before you could actually be what applied for in the first place, a Jr. Manager. I spent the whole day going door to door selling the product. This is a pyramid scheme falsely asking for managers. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND AGAINST THIS COMPANY!
