I spoke with my would be direct supervisor and the director of program. they were attentive and seemed interested in trying get to know me as a candidate. After the phone interview, I was asked to complete an assessment assignment. I submitted the assignment well before the deadline and never heard from them again."
Two interviews. First with talent recruiter. Second is panel interview with the program. About 1.5 hours worth of interview time total. References are checked after offer is made and accepted.

It was simple and straight to the point. It was also a quick interview that was around 15 minutes. They asked about hobbies and previous work experiences. Nothing too hard.
