Initial interview with HR which was great and then a 1.5 hour written interview. The HR interview was friendly and simple just clarifying certain points and explaining the organization

Whole process took around a month to complete. Later I tracked down the hiring result and realized that they had a pre selected candidate who was hired for the position. It's not a fair and diverse organization if only women are hired through internal recommendation.
