Normal interview with manager and then senior rating head where manager would asks questions based on the job description and also various ratios are asked pertaining to financial and non financial companies

Post the resume shortlist, candidate has to go through a test round. Post which candidate have to appear for the interview. Interview is fairly simple. More focused on checking the basic finance related concepts. Will revolve around finance and cv based questions.
